Announcing New HCAC Hours Open to the Public

The Hardeman County Arts Council (HCAC) Arts Center will now be open to the public on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., starting June 4. Volunteer docents will be available for the art exhibits in the new "Helen Stahl Memorial Art Gallery". They will also be able to answer questions about the HCAC, inquiries about ticket sales and more.

Each year, the Hardeman County Arts Council (HCAC) offers a scholarship to a deserving senior from Bolivar Central High School (BCHS), Middleton High School (MHS) and Hardeman County homeschool students zoned for their respective school. This year, the HCAC is proud to announce Robert Payne Pulse and Haylee Arwin White as the recipients of the 2021 Arts Council Scholarship.

Robert Payne Pulse is the son of Robert and Cybil Pulse. He is a graduate of Bolivar Central High School. Robert plans to attend Union University and major in nursing. Robert has participated in a number of roles, on the stage and behind the scenes, at the HCAC.

Haylee Arwin White is the daughter of Jared and Alicia White. She is a graduate of Middleton High School. Haylee plans to attend the University of Memphis and major in dance and theatre arts.
